  1. So does this mean you aren’t posting tomorrow or that you are doing the baker’s dozen ?

I think I’ve created a monster in me, I have so many pages turned down, some of which contain drinks I may actually LIKE, and have a renewed interest in the contents of my liquor cabinet, this may get extended, or at least I may be doing drink features more often. Or I may just drink them and not broadcast the lush I’ve become….

    • Baker’s dozen, I think. I have a seasonal drink planned for tomorrow, but wanted to honor the two requests I got

    • I’ve had a lot of fun with this little project. I would have sworn I didn’t like gin (haven’t had it for years), but now I’m more appreciative of how well it complements citrus juices.
maybe we can go for a “52 drinks in 2012″ challenge, heh

      • Yeah, it’s been fun although it’s more time consuming than I’d expected (I’m a terrible judge of how long it takes to do much of anything…which is why I never get anything done…) and at this time of year….well, whatever. I haven’t been that busy, I have just fallen a little more behind on keeping my house somewhat straightened up.
Yeah, I usually only have the occasional G&T when I get a hankering (and a lime) but I’d be more likely to drink it now I think. Not scotch though!
LOL 52/365! That could work. Especially if we included beer and wine. I almost busted out the Tres Leches tonight but I resisted. It’s made in Bowling Green Kentucky by the way!

  2. I’ve been making them for my MIL this week. Forgot how much I like them.

  3. A whiskey sour is so sublime. The title sounds so tough, yet its ingredients include cherry juice and syrup! The co-worker who introduced me to the drink insists that I insit on Maker’s Mark whiskey. Thoughts?
